Terms and Conditions:

  • “Rain Protection Package” only applies when continuous heavy rain causes operational disturbance, such as a full closure of all water slides and pools.
  • Slide Closure Duration timing starts as soon as slides/pools are closed and ends when they reopen again.
  • Slide/pool closures and reopening are decided solely by the Internal Safety Team following international safety standards.
  • Light rain without any interruption to park operation does not qualify for “Rain Protection Package” and is not considered eligible for benefits.
  • Our GRO team will approach eligible guests, mark wristbands, and distribute benefits.
  • If a guest believes they are eligible but didn’t receive a benefit, they should contact any GRO team member.
  • This is a complimentary promotional offer, not a form of insurance or legal obligation.
  • Complimentary tickets and discount vouchers will be valid for 6 months from the date received.
  • Ramayana Water Park is not responsible if any of the benefits received by the customer is damaged, lost or stolen.
  • The decision of Ramayana Water Park is final. Conditions may change without notice.
