What happens if it rains heavily during my visit?

Ramayana Water Park normally remains open during rain, and a full closure of the water park due to severe weather is extremely rare. However, in the event of continuous heavy rain, thunderstorms, lightning, or other unsafe weather conditions, our Safety Team may temporarily close the water slides and pools in accordance with international safety standards until conditions improve.

If you have already entered the water park and the water slides and pools are officially closed due to unsafe weather conditions:
– Continuous closure for more than 2 consecutive hours: You will receive a 50% discount voucher for your next visit.
– Continuous closure for more than 3 consecutive hours: You will receive 1 complimentary admission ticket for your next visit.

The closure period is counted continuously from the official closure of the water slides and pools until they reopen. Separate closure periods are not added together.
Rain alone does not qualify for compensation if the attractions remain operational.
Please note that refunds are not provided for closures caused by heavy rain, thunderstorms, or other unforeseen severe weather conditions beyond the park’s control.
Our Guest Relations team will assist eligible guests, and any complimentary ticket or discount voucher issued will be valid for 6 months from the date of issue.

If you have purchased a ticket but have not yet entered the water park, you may change your visit date instead.
