Matchanu Splash Promotion
Terms & Conditions:
- Online tickets for this promotion are only sold on Ramayana official website.
- The validity of this promotion is until 31 December 2025.
- This promotion cannot be combined with any other special offers or promotions or discounts. It can only be combined with promo codes.
- Children under 15 years old must be accompanied at all times by a parent or responsible adult.
- This promotion is for Thai Residents and Expats living in Thailand only. Customers should present proper documentation if requested at cashiers. 1 proof document for 1 guest.
- Tickets for this promotion can be refunded if requested by the customer (before visiting the water park).
- Children whose height is below 106 cm can enter the water park for free.
- Both adults and children can use the full-day entry ticket.
- Some slides have a safety maximum weight limit per 1 person - 135 kg. Therefore, if your weight is more than 135 kg you can enter the water park for free but can use only pools, you can`t use water slides.
- Visitors who are planning to request free entry without access to water slides for Senior /Pregnant / Disabled person, must show at the cashier`s window their valid documents to prove their respective status (age 60 or above, pregnancy, disability).
- Seniors can enter the water park for free and use only the pools. If a Senior would like to use the water slides, they will need to purchase a normal Full Day Entrance Ticket. From 60 years old and above, a guest is considered to be a Senior.

- The wristband top up for this promotion is non refundable.

Annual Pass Promotion
Terms & Conditions:
- Annual passes for this promotion are only sold on Ramayana official website.
- The validity of this promotion is until 31 December 2025.
- This promotion cannot be combined with any other special offers or promotions or discounts.
- Children under 15 years old must be accompanied at all times by a parent or responsible adult.
- Children whose height is below 106 cm can enter the water park for free.
- The annual pass is valid only for guests above 106 cm in height. Children under 106 cm enter free and do not require an annual pass.
- Some slides have a safety maximum weight limit per 1 person - 135 kg. Therefore, if your weight is more than 135 kg you can enter the water park for free but can use only pools, you can't use water slides.
- This annual pass is valid for 12 months (365 days) from the date of activation. Access to the water park is available on the park’s regular operating days. Please note that the water park is closed every Wednesday and may also be closed on certain dates for private or special events.
- The annual pass is non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Valid for one entry per day by the named cardholder only.
- A valid photo ID matching the name and photo on the annual pass is required to receive a wristband at the entrance.
- Entry is subject to park capacity, weather conditions, and operating schedule. No compensation will be provided if the park is closed for private events or unforeseen circumstances.
- Misuse of the card (e.g. attempted use by another person) will result in immediate cancellation without refund.
- A 200 THB replacement fee applies if the card is lost, damaged, or stolen.
- This pass cannot be used with other promotions, discounts, or special events unless specified.
- Guests must comply with all park rules and safety regulations. Ramayana Water Park reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any guest not following rules.
- Use of the annual pass implies acceptance of these terms. Ramayana Water Park may update these terms for operational or legal reasons. Any updates will be announced at the park entrance and on our website.
Cabana Rental
Terms & Conditions:
- Please booking in advance or before 9.00 am for entry on the same day.
- If after successfully booking a cabana you postpone the visit to another day, we cannot guarantee that the same cabana will be available.
Lockers & Towels Rental
Terms & Conditions:
- Towel – 200 baht deposit required for each towel upon arrival. It will be returned, when giving towels back;
- Locker – no deposit required.
- Towel – Full-day rent;
- Locker – Full-day rent.
Wristband Top Up
Guests in the water park pay only cashless by their wristbands for any additional services such as food & beverage, lockers, and cabanas, etc. Here you can top up your wristband's balance in advance to save more time for fun. Unused top up can be refunded at the end of the day.
Amount to be credited to the wristband: 0
Terms & Conditions:
- The rest of a wristband balance is refundable at the locker area and the retail shop.
- Please, do not forget to get a refund the rest of a balance by the end of a happy day with us.

100% Risk-Free Booking
If you’re unable to visit the water park for any reason, or your ticket has expired, you can request a full refund or extension as long as the ticket hasn’t been used.
How to request a refund or extension:

- Attach your ticket and proof of payment;
- Our support team may request additional documents if needed.
Refunds are processed within 2 to 30 days, depending on your bank and payment provider.
